Location: Saratoga Springs Mount Saratoga Stake Center – 612 West Pony Express Pkwy, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045

Invited: Ward and stake leaders within the Lehi, Saratoga Springs, and Eagle Mountain Coordinating Councils

Topic: An Evening with Family Services – addressing mental and emotional health challenges and Q&A

Agenda:

7:00 pm – 7:15 pm – Welcome (including opening remarks by Area Seventy, Elder Jason C. Jensen, and Family Services)

7:20 pm – 8:05 pm and 8:10 pm – 8:55 pm – Select two breakout sessions on the following topics:

1. Stress and anxiety

2. Sadness, depression, and suicide prevention

3. Youth emotional health, resilience, and preparation for adulthood

4. Marital relations

9:00 – 10:00 pm – Community mental health resource booths in the gym for additional information
